The Reds want to be the Brewers so bad. they will tell you. Its because the Brewers are cheap, but allocate a ton of resources into coaching/development they traded for Hayes because they wanted to play this “clean” brand of baseball. Do you know what wins the Brewers 95% of their games? Hitting with RISP. They hit balls to the outfield with guys on third. They dont strike out with guys on. They also fire coaches when theyve been bad for years. The Reds run out the same dudes, year after year, that dont do shit, and were here when the Reds were 60-102. Huge difference between winning baseball and non winning baseball.
