@Captain_0f_Alts The only type of pot or pan that is truly non-stick are the ones that have a non stick coating. Cast iron, stainless steel, copper or aluminium or whatever will ALWAYS end up sticking and making your food a burnt mess one way or another.

I got my wife a badass set of stainless years ago. We never learned how to use them properly. She gave up within a few months or less. I doubt even this video would work in getting her to try it again
