My biological dad was psychologically abusive and to my mother, physically. The trigger that led to this charity. We got a second go with my step-dad who was the complete opposite. A precious man. I struggle to find the strength to deal with his loss. I’m devastated ~ Gavin

This is utterly horrific. The judge clearly has no understanding of coercive control; how so much of the toxic work of the domestic abuser is done before the physical violence begins. Shameful. change.org/p/cpsuk-take-d…

@sueperkins I don’t know where to start. With decisions like this, what hope in Hell do we have of protecting women from coercive control like economic control or, our particular area of focus, abuse of their companion animals to control them? It’s just crazy.

Does anyone have a Tent they don’t need for a homeless woman and her dog living in the park after fleeing domestic abuse. Also a warm sleeping bag/bags are needed. She was beaten and her dogs nose was broken. From a friend of mine NW London. DM pls. Will pass on details RT pls.

I’ll also point out, this dog was rescued from a bin in Spain about ten years ago. Her two litter mates were already dead. #onedogsaved
