What I've Learned Building a product isn't just about identifying a problem or creating a solution. Great products rarely market themselves. Reaching meaningful adoption requires strategic positioning, consistent execution, and, in some cases, a wave of good fortune. Beyond having a solid marketing strategy and executing it well, a product must also help its target audience realize why they need it. With @_xpow, Web3 talents and service providers already work, offer services, and build their reputations digitally. Yet, somehow, a digital Proof of Work platform still isn't widely perceived as the natural next step. This has been one of our biggest challenges. Fortunately, we identified it early in the building process and made it a priority on our execution board. I've already begun implementing potential solutions. While we're only laying the first few bricks of the foundation, we've identified several key initiatives that we believe will resonate most with XPOW's target audience. As always, every step of the execution will be done in public and shared transparently. I'm betting there's an 84% chance this significantly grows @_xpow's user base.
