2 interns in my company weren’t converted to full-time. They told me internships don’t even count as real experience in many places and we will still be considered 0 years in tech. They’re already 25. I asked, “What now?” Going home… we don’t want to, but we have to. Took them out for coffee. Didn’t know what else to do. Time’s tough for freshers in tech.
