@AvantiWestCoast hey! Just wondering when tickets will be available for Sunday 28th December - Carlisle to London Euston? I can see the Monday 29th is available but the service isn’t working (multiple changes) Can you confirm there will be direct services on the Sunday?

@AvantiWestCoast Thanks Ross, one more question. Was this always planned as I was told that there would be issues from the 1st January to 14th. With no service between Preston and Carlisle. Hence why I thought it would be fine. Now theres clearly issues for much longer starting from the 27th.

@AvantiWestCoast Thanks for the info Ross! The ticket is an advanced single and I know that usually means no refunds however with the timetable change/engineering works now making my journey unreasonable after I bought my ‘going up’ journey surely that has grounds for refund?

@AvantiWestCoast Hi Ross, Ive already paid for my train tickets up and I have to get back to work in London on the Sunday. The journey home looks ridiculous (3 changes!)Is there a way to get a full refund then on my tickets up to Carlisle on the 20th. I need to look at driving up and back now.

@limebike Hey Limebike. It’s a bit out of control here. The bikes just get parked on the road now causing some traffic. I think there needs to be a no parking area on white post lane. It’s too much of a busy area.

@TfL I have been completely over charged all week on my contactless because the gates at Hackney wick are not registering journeys AGAIN! Only being able to request 3 ‘missing taps’ is frustrating. Can you help me get my refunds and please sort those gates!

@limebike the bike situation on the path by the canal in Hackney Wick is a bit out of control, most of the pathway is blocked. Bikes are awesome but the parking of them there is not :$
