The most recent mass shooting in Toronto (12 wounded) appears to be connected to the tow truck wars. The police will not address the root causes of the conflict and we - as citizens - are not allowed to talk about it without fear of more lawfare aimed at us. Canada's media - corrupted by state money - will not raise the issues either. They are too woke or too afraid to do anything. So the violence continues. 1. In order to constitute an assault in circumstances like these, David would have needed to intentionally apply force to the office. The fact that the officer ran into him negates that. 2. For it to be an assault of a “peace officer”, the officer must be in the execution of his duties. If the officer is unlawfully assaulting someone — which he did on my review of this video — he is necessarily not acting in the lawful execution of his duties. 3. Although David did not fight back, if he did physically push the officer back or use force against the officer AFTER the officer assaulted him, that could in many circumstances be considered self-defence. 4. Don’t get legal advice from Chat GPT. Contact me directly.
