@PetSmart so not only did you close the Mass store with no notification the “Roadie” company you use does NOT deliver to the door but in the ONLY dirt an wet pile on the driveway. IGNORANCE

What’s going on with @Petsmart. Just left the store. Was dark from the middle of the store to the back. Shelves had lots of bare spaces. Are they going out of business? It looked like a store on its last legs. No customers there either.

@PetSmart Why is the world would you send me old pet supplements? Today I received my 6mo supply of dog probiotics and the best by date is 4/16/2026. I spoke with the manufacturer and they said when they ship their product it is 3 yrs until the best by date hits. WTH? No good!

@PetSmart No wonder why my kitty threw up the other day! This one is from the other location in Bluffton, SC. Best by Jan 10, 2026! And I bought these on the 26th of February!!

I bought these at @PetSmart the other day for Socks. He’s starting to develop the “Prednisolone fur coat”, even though he’s been on it for 4 years. I was going to give him 2 pieces tonight with his food when I saw the ‘best by’ date on the package. I bought these on March 3rd. They expired on February 7th. I’m going to have to go through every single can, supplement, and treat bag to check the expiration dates. We don’t have a large variety of pet food & supply stores in the area and the ones we do, they are much smaller stores with limited stock. 😔

@PetSmart why is your website and app such a nightmare? So incredibly laggy and impossible to check out almost every time I use it. More than once have given up and shopped from Petco instead.

@PetSmart thank you so very much for compensating my mistake. My rescues love your Simply Nourish salmon and sweet potato adult formula dog food. I made the mistake and purchased the Large breed version of the food and let’s just say it didn’t go over well. I posted my concern and you elevated it and I heard back from the Manager from my local store within hours. Your customer service is second to none, my local store replaced my boo boo for free and hopefully the pups poo will be back to normal. Thank you for reaching back out to me when I thought you changed the kibble size and it gave my dogs the poos. It was my fault 100%. I’m so beyond grateful PetSmart replaced the bag for the correct one free of charge and gave me some excellent advice. What was so impressive was the fact I was willing to pay for my mistake and your Manager said we want the Pups back on track ASAP, it’s on us. Wow 🤩 Honestly, it’s the most amazing customer service experience I have had in my lifetime. Melissa is was exceptional. You have my contact information via a DM, please commend Melissa and her awesome team. My only suggestion is make the bags look more distinct, Adult and Large Breed look virtually the same. Thanks again. I couldn’t be more loyal to @PetSmart after this experience.
