If you use @WisprFlow check this out... They recently added insights that show activity, but not patterns of your exact thoughts over time. So I built it as an open source code you can setup yourself and view. I can now look back as far as 2 years ago to see exactly what I was thinking about, or trying to solve at any given week, and see how my thoughts changed over time. I've been able to see things like: - What problems was I trying to solve? - How long have I been trying to solve them? - Are these even problems worth solving? - Am I solving the biggest things? You can also stack Fathom/Granola to get even more patterns and see if what you think about is consistent to what you talk about.

@nikitabier @CardilloSamuel @Starlink This would be a good way to add extra revenue to X premium. Sales generated from the post produce a commission for the user that goes along with payouts. TikTok Shop and YouTube Shopping already do this.

yesterday i tweeted about @Starlink being installed on my roof. somehow, x decided to add a link "get starlink" automatically.the tweet had no direct mention of the starlink account, just the keyword & picture of the terminal installed on the wall mount - which makes me think it is a keyword detection. i have no issues with that - i find it totally okay to have a CTA for the product under the same umbrella than x. my main issue is that, somehow, that link has a referral code which is not even mine? my referral code is RC-DF-11058919-55151-97 but yet the link of the CTA gives RC-DF-10385935-87768-16 , who is that even? is there an @X employee who injected his referral code in the automated CTA to profit or? many people thought my tweet was a paid partnership because of the CTA - it was not, and i don't care about what people think. but i care about this weird referral thing. would love some answers @elonmusk @nikitabier - i'll probably get none but worth a try.

We've currently launched over 3k ads in the last 7 days, not slop, perfect static imagery using @alexgoughcooper's framework. Although one difference we make to ensure every ad is perfect, is the framework below. 👇 The funniest part is, you can tell Claude to make it for you, it usually comes out perfect from just the URL, but it cuts hallucinations down by 90%. Comment 'STATICS' for the full framework.

4 - When you test 20 variables at once, a winner tells you nothing "Was it the environment? The creator? What they said? The overlay? You just don't know." You can't replicate it. You can't scale it. You can't learn from it. Phil's rule: isolate as many variables as you can until you have conviction. Then add one on top.

2 - Everyone starts testing at the wrong level Most media buyers start by asking: "What creative should I make? Who can I copy?" Phil calls this starting at the foundation where it's unstable. His framework flips it: WHO is buying → WHY they buy → then WHAT to show them.

1 - Facebook is the world's best market research tool (and you're barely utilizing it) Most businesses spend $300K-$400K/month on ads purely for sales. Phil says they're ignoring half the value. "If somebody actually buys off a Facebook ad through a random funnel you built, that's revealed preference. Not a survey. Not a focus group. Real signal."

I interviewed a media buyer who generated $55M+ for D2C brands on Facebook. He told me why most media buyers waste 80% of their ad spend testing the wrong things. I spent 37 minutes with him. Here's what I learned:

Is a 3PL a media company? Can be. This month, @HelloTidalwave launched a new service to clients called "Content Pass". We make professional behind the scenes content for your brand. Thesis: Give our brands another tool in the toolbelt to succeed on Facebook. They sell more stuff, we ship more stuff, we all win. Creative fatigue is higher than ever, and this style of content historically has worked well. If you use a 3PL, this style of content is either not possible, or prohibitively expensive. We charge $200/mo (now). Our upside is ... your ad pops off and I can ship thousands of incremental packages.
