A deepening of one Smyrna teacher's thoughts on math fluency! @SmyrnaSchools @PhilWandless TY to the District Bridges Leads for on-going PL support for Delaware's K-5 math teachers! Can't wait to see teachers and students loving their math lessons #DelawareDelivers #DEMathChat

IRSD, Cape, Smyrna, Appo & Christina math leads + the DMC and @MLCmath delivered PL to 75+ looking deeply at using Bridges K-5 math to build fluency. Great aha shared by an Appo teacher! @Mathmom321 @PhilWandless JWhaley, JWittman and AFleckenstein #DEMathChat #DelawareDelivers

The recent Bridges training brought together districts using the Bridges curriculum from across the state. We love the 'Aha!' moments shared by teachers who participated! One great example: #DelawareDelivers #DEMathChat @jqriser @MLCmath

@MandyMathEd @UDaily @JordanmHowell @BrandyCooper26 Outstanding article Mandy- thank you for sharing! The brilliance in this article is really helping the shift in our math classrooms. The shift of what learning math sounds like and looks like, as it includes ALL our students building a strong math identity as doers of math! 🙂

@wgmccallum please advise - I have a fellow teacher that wants to rearrange unit 1 of 8th grade IM to teach transformation separately - I have reservations- he thinks it will be easier for struggling learners - please help me with concrete reasons to not rearrange the brilliance

@wgmccallum Thank you Mr McCallum- he wants to pick through the unit and only teach all activities, practice problems, etc... that relate to translations and then skip around and do the same for rotations and reflections
