There is a content creator called @BlackDumpling who creates great content, educationally and visually. The mini articles and discourse she posts gets you thinking, the comedy quips, and the random AI uses of song creations to animations whilst she focuses on using Grok to make her content for YOUR platform. Her payout took a beating. and as one of the most original and entertaining creators I've come across on X, her style of content should be where you look as a basis for moving forward with incentivisation. You crippled her payout, which demotivated her, which is sad to see. the timeline hasn't been made richer with demotivating your best creators, you've funneled into specificity on a timeline which makes creators tunnelled into niche viewers.

For this creator payout cycle, we’re experimenting with new tools to identify original authors of content and allocating a portion of revenue to them. Over the last few months, we've seen incredible work from original creators on X. Nick Shirley uncovered billions of dollars of fraud in hospice care. Charles Curran parodied global events with studio-quality videos. Will Manidis earned acclaim for his insightful articles on technology and AI. Reposts & commentary will always be a core pillar of X, but our Revenue Sharing program should incentivize original, high-quality content that brings new value to the Timeline. This means rewarding the effort it takes to produce something, not just the poster who helped it travel furthest. This is how we build a richer Timeline and how X continues to be the most valuable platform in the world. The Revenue Sharing program will continue to evolve to encourage creators to post their best content to X.

Random “END FASCISM!”, “i will NEVER be victimized under fascism again”, “SFW policies promoted fascism?”, full YOLO office-destruction rants, and other completely unhinged lines got injected into the game, none of this was in the original Japanese script. Creator (WHO YOU / Fuyuki Hayashi) just announced an urgent Discord announcement: they are personally reviewing everything with the localization team and fixing it all by the end of today (JST / 8 AM PT). Community feedback fought against this, and devs finally listened to fans! Screenshots of the announcement and the wildest in-game examples are attached.
