@helnbar13@ChrisFormaggia@easyJet I’ve had flights with Jet 2 and everything from check in, to the actual plane is just better. So much easier to deal with too
Easyjet are so awful! Delayed by 3 hours to start with cos of their faulty plane, then took us to Madeira, couldn’t land, left us locked in a room for 4.5 hours on a Portuguese island cos they ran out of fuel, and then took us back manchester. But no compensation?! @easyJet

@Pintsizebarbie@easyJet They are an utter shambles Alexandra - we would have only got off yesterday (maybe!) if we had waited for the alternative flight they were offering on the 16th. If they are unable to cope with the landing conditions in Madeira they should stop offering the “service”.
Just want to say how disappointed I am with @easyJet with the lack of communication to passengers on flight EZY2213. Was supposed to go to Madeira ended up being on a flight for 19 and a half hours only to end up back in Manchester. The customer service was diabolical.
