This is corruption, pure and simple. Michael Flynn pleaded guilty twice to lying to the FBI. He was pardoned by Trump.
A federal judge then threw out his civil lawsuit for failing to meet basic legal standards.
Now Trump’s DOJ is handing him $1.2 million of your money anyway.
No court found he was wronged.

House Republican leadership had a unanimous, bipartisan deal to fund TSA, FEMA, and the Coast Guard sitting right in front of them.
They threw it in the trash, and forced through a bill that prolongs this shutdown, is dead in the Senate, and hands even more money to ICE and CBP with zero accountability and zero reforms.
Working through the night, every Senate Republican and every Senate Democrat came together and passed that deal. Unanimously. Speaker Johnson looked at it yesterday morning, called it “a joke,” and killed it.
Democrats have voted to pay TSA workers more than THIRTEEN times. We have never been the problem.

A bill passed the Senate last night 100-0 to fund TSA, the Coast Guard and FEMA. If Speaker Johnson called it for a vote it would pass easily.
But he won’t do that. Because Trump has ordered him to keep TSA shut down and keep the chaos.
