it’s pretty incredible how unusable search is on almost every part of the internet now. a product that worked almost without fail for 7-10 years is just utterly incoherent. it’s as if every search feature on every website simply does not understand the words you’ve typed

Can't help but think the rise of AI is really aided by the fact that Google and Youtube search is almost unusable half the time now

North Florida guard Kamrin Oriol plans to enter the @TransferPortal while awaiting a waiver for an additional year of eligibility, AoA Sports Agency/Intrusive Sports told @On3.

The 6-3 senior ranked top-20 nationally in scoring this season, averaging 20.9 points and 4.3 assists per game while shooting 40% from three. He will also enter his name into the NBA Draft while maintaining eligibility. on3.com/transfer-porta…

Campbell’s coach is leaving after just one season to be an assistant at Louisville because the school can’t/won’t compete financially in its league.

Cameron Carr was one of the most impactful players in college basketball this year at Baylor. He is also currently one of the most under-talked about draft prospects. Carr posted a bonkers +22.3 on/off net rating (99th percentile) He was the only player in college basketball this season with at least 35 dunks and 60 made threes. His huge 7’2 wingspan helped him put up a 3.8 BLK% (98th percentile) He averaged 2.41 dunks per 100/poss (99th percentile) Carr shot 39.3% on C&S 3's (44/112) while also shooting an elite 68.1% at the rim (1.35 PPP) He plays much taller than his listed 6’5 height as his statistical height comes in at 6’8 (+3.15 inches) His 16.6 DREB% is the best out of all of the guards in this draft class. I think he has a legit case to go in the lottery and my prediction is he becomes one of the biggest draft risers vs current consensus come draft day.

@PlebNoMore @onballcreator @Azure81818 @_utilitysports well if u anticipate AJ becoming one of the greatest mid range scorers oat and a 2x mvp then sure it won’t matter lol, but using the outlier to the rule is always dumb, look at flaggs inefficiency troubles that’s a much better reference point than a future top 15 player oat

I’m genuinely so tired of the attack on mid-range jump shots It started with the “despise analytics” crowd who were over-simplifying analytics to “middies = bad”… …but now it’s evolved to the analytics crowd wanting to crucify draft prospects (especially the best ones) for shooting PU2’s Let’s just clarify something: 14.5% of Jokic’s shots are 10-22 foot 2PA 24.8% of Luka’s shots are 10-22 foot 2PA 31.8% of Kawhi’s shots are 10-22 foot 2PA 37.8% of SGA’s shots are 10-22 foot 2PA *elite prospects can and should shoot middies* Just 18.2% AJ Dybantsa’s total shots this year at BYU were non-paint/rim 2’s. Dybantsa made 40% of those shots I love Cam Boozer’s profile as a prospect (he’s number one on my board). However his biggest flaw right now is that he needs a middy. A little turnaround J, up and under or PU2 would go miles in opening up his halfcourt scoring when defenses pinch in. What analytics people should be talking about is how ridiculous Dybantsa’s rim volume is. 173 shots at the rim this year and he made 73.4% of them. The crazier part, just 15.4% of Dybantsa’s 2PM this year were assisted. For reference, 18.3% of Shai’s 2PM this year are assisted. Trust me, I would love for AJ to have recorded more stocks. There are tweaks needed but this idea he’s just an inefficient mid-range merchant is crazy and that narrative is coming from the analytics side because it somehow appears they don’t know what they’re looking at. Middies aren’t bad for top end prospects to shoot and shoot a decent amount of as long as they’re semi-effective in that area of the court and as long as it’s not Nate Ament type of volume

@onballcreator @Azure81818 @_utilitysports it simply is not if u want to be an efficient offensive engine in 2026, hes gonna have to get to the FT line at absurd rates (which i think is in the realm of possibilities) to even have a chance of offsetting what is almost assuredly gonna be a gross shot diet
