I really like making mac and cheese with marinated bavette steak, avocados, salsa, olives and escabeche...usually I'm a snob and make my own mac N cheese and salsa, but I'm lazy...

Yeah... @Bannerhealth has a form you have to sign that basically says everything is an estimate and they can just keep sending you bills forever...they sent me a bill 7 weeks after our appointment after I paid for the appointment...

It's been 7 months since we had our baby and we're still receiving unexplained hospital bills in the mail. Hardly ever an adequate description of services. Just a QR code to pay online. It feels intentionally confusing and difficult to get answers. We want price transparency.

BREAKING: The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has revealed its class of 2026.

I just saw a print edition of The Collegian for the first time in forever. Made me remember sitting in the student union doing the puzzles in the back while eating a bread loaf and waiting for my 10:30 a.m. Natural Disasters class in Umberger.

@royal_mlb @ksu_kats Aldi offers good quality groceries for decent prices (by 2026 standards). Aldi has become trendy in places like Austin, which is funny to me, because when I was growing up in the Midwest, it was the poor people’s grocery store.
