Overall spending on food is down, so realistically it's ok to eat 3-4 very high quality meals a week and just snack in between. And that's actually what all the consumer profiling I've done on this issue shows. People are spending 3% less overall on food. Burn rate is what matters in business and in life, and my business partner years ago telling me to fuck off with the depression era meals and eat some real food and just exist in between was a life changer in the brain food department. Young people should not be eating slop every day whether it's fast food or plastic cheese on bread. They're going to feel it in their toes at 35.
