Discussed fluid management in a patient with hypernatremia and DI this AM. Asked chatGPT this question: My patient has a sodium of 154 meq/l, weighs 70 kg, and is 10% volume depleted. What fluid regimen shall I use? Happy to say it failed on multiple counts.
