Anybody who uses Stubhub for any reason honestly deserves what happens to them after their 1st bad experience. Anecdotally, on the buyer side, I once bought floor seats to an NBA game for myself and a client - the NBA being the one major sport I don't have any season tickets to. The original seller failed to deliver the seats, so Stubhub "upgraded" us to seats in the 300 level (for the same price as I paid for floor seats). When I complained, they said they could get me similar seats to what I had originally, for another 200% beyond what I already paid. On the seller side, I had sold some Avalanche tickets on the glass because I was going to be in a suite that night. At one point, I took a picture mid-game of the people who bought my seats cause I was looking down at them. The next day, I get an email from Stubhub saying I never delivered the tickets, and they not only didn't send me my $6,000, but they charged my credit card on file 200% of the sale price for some sort of penalty fee. Fortunately, I just called American Express and got that charge reversed, but never did see my cash for the seats. Terrible company, horrible customer service, super shady.
