This is regarding the hospitalization pre/post claim of my spouse who has undergone day treatment (PRRT). I am not sure why this is taking so much time. This needs immediate attention.

🚨 WHAT A RIDICULOUS SCAM @NivaBupa! 🚨 My mother’s cataract surgery – same hospital, same doctor, SAME ₹28,000 cost for each eye. You approved ₹28K for one eye, but just ₹16.5K for the other?! Your excuse? “Miscellaneous charges” for 21 Feb surgery. I checked both invoices – THEY ARE IDENTICAL. No difference. No valid reason. We had to pay the rest from our pocket. This is PURE FRAUD.
