@brianlilley I still disagree. If there are requirements for a job then they have to be fulfilled. But I do like that's an actual argument that he was good at his job.

@brianlilley Why is it crazy? The criminal law system is a federal responsibility as outlined in the Constitution It ensures uniformity so that we don't end up with a system like the US where you can drive 2 hours and end up in a completely different legal system
