…if good men do nothing, then…?

Guardian article this morning covering the fantastic podcast by the New Yorker. This article also raises serious questions regarding the actions undertaken by the CCRC. Jeremy Bamber is innocent. @VeraBaird @Keir_Starmer @ShabanaMahmood @SoniaPoulton @emmakennytv @JeremyVineOn5 theguardian.com/uk-news/2025/n…

Perhaps @metpoliceuk might publish a map of London showing those areas where someone can wear a Star of David necklace or a Kipa (skullcap) without facing arrest. And (in due course) a wall might be erected around those areas - for their own safety, you understand.

"What's the problem. We did our job. We crushed the whistleblower. We stopped the case being heard and got rid of all the bad news ...and it was a bargain - half a million pounds" Is this really how we want NHS whistleblowing cases to be dealt with particularly when they involve serious patient safety issues linked to avoidable death? I am assuming the answer is no but I am beginning to wonder. Would be great to get the thoughts of some lawyers or Judges on all of this either on here or in private Have read lnkd.in/dvBDnU7f
