Same as yours and “A” was 93 and up. I saw this shift lowering % after indoctrination of Common Core in 2010-2012. And the percentile ranges changed again after lockdowns and schools closed March 2020 through 2021. Each time it “lowered” the % to show mastery or Proficiency 🤦🏻♀️
