@Portronics @amazonIN I've used many portronics products on trust but these kinds of issues can fall trust over new brands. I am not looking for a replacement here if this was the case as it could happen in future with the same product but giving a red flag for these kind of electronic product issue

@amazonIN @Portronics Bought a Luxcell wireless powerbank in 2024. The battery has now started expanding from the sides and cracked the outer shell. Due to safety concerns, I stopped using it and disposed of it immediately to avoid any mishap. Please look into this issue urgently
