@ModalMotors These might be good motors for underwater systems as well. They are typically run in light weight mineral oil, so a smooth rotor/stator are ideal. Any photos of the core?

@1llegalEngineer Wires are still soldered. The fiber is just glass, and only 0.125mm in diameter

@vaizaragorn @sendcutsend for the panels, McMaster for the bolts and acrylic sheet (1/16in), panel mount connectors from @digikey. And we use a lot of 3d printed mounts inside for support.

@GlobalTechFM @sendcutsend If you want a tip for a very rigid frame: -Thick Polypropylene sheet core (say, 19mm) -very thin Titanium or Aluminum skin (say 1.5mm). It's about as stiff as 19mm Al, but only slightly heavier than water. Just bolt it together properly.

University's ROV needed some TLC From corroded Aluminum to shiny new HDPE. @sendcutsend had the new parts delivered in just a few days. 1/2" HDPE is actually more sturdy than 1/8" 5052, and it doesn't corrode. -Early rev Lanai Pro

Day 23 of creating a laptop from scratch I added the PCF85063ATL/1,118 CMOS Real-Time Clock (RTC), the system to always be on via the Always-on 3V3 line and the CMOS battery through the BAT54CW to detect and automatically switch to the line with the higher voltage i also fixed many other minor errors with the RK806-1 PMIC

More load testing this week You can make a load bank for many different voltage/current combinations, just using power resistors wired in different series/parallel combinations. 2 Ohm/120W resistors used here
