@PositiveTopline @RNAiAnalyst I agree. They are relatively close to each other. I came here for divasiran, but I am intrigued by the indirect impact of HORIZON.

@JoseRestonVA @RNAiAnalyst Well said. Arguably, the best-case outcome is a modest HORIZON effect—perhaps limited to the >90 mg/dL subgroup. That keeps the door open for zerlasiran (and others) with deeper Lp(a) knockdown and less frequent dosing. HORIZON readout timing vis a vis SANRECO is a big ? for me

I would not necessarily read it that way. I am long Novartis for years (via $NOVN - one of my top non-bio positions, pleased with performance and leadership). If they hit it..great. But this small, speculative position I got in is geared towards Divesiran’s upcoming readout in August. If wrong, given my performance YTD…i should be OK. However, if SANRECO2 is successful, I might get a good return. Zerlasiran is more like a free call option if the trial that you mention (Horizon) hits. If it does…Silence’s attractiveness could increase even further. At this valuation, I am fine taking these odds.

@jfais20 Rode this from 6 to 12, sold "too early." Turns out market taketh what market giveth.

$RGNX - 20% discount on the offering, was demand really that bad? Imagine part of it is regulatory uncertainty (AA open in DMD, how much data is needed to get them there including functional)

@avidresearch Haven't spent a ton of time in Dx but I genuinely can't understand the $MYGN hate (to the extent it gets it). I get the need to show growth and there's been many missteps but the valuation is nonsensical.

$psnl valuation so cheap vs $ntra and interestingly the whole MRD market is just getting started. Penetration is still below 25% in solid tumors and will reach 100% in just a few years. Long term surveillance is a big revenue generator for early entrants.
MidCurveCapital@midwit_capital

@doepke_michel Given where we are with $PSNL MRD franchise, I do hope that whatever happens, it will still be possible to retain exposure. If I had to pick one, I’d be in favor of $TEM. Let’s see.

@PositiveTopline @pharmakopios Day 0 is baseline for all cohorts. Plot is difference from baseline per cohort. Cohort 3 baseline a = 46.2, day 239 b = 40.7. b - a = -5.5% "Absolute" change is an incorrect title though. Absolute values are never negative by definition

$TARS I get the negative recent sentiment but doesn't Symphony imply a meaningful beat for Q2?

$CAPR briefing documents should be ugly. I'm guessing they'll say the drug doesn't do much; results are mostly noise.

Red days are for buying. Re-bought $ARDX 17% cheaper vs. where I sold it 3 weeks ago. While numbers/ estimates will fluctuate, they're clearly a growth company that will become profitable next year. Long-term, I love the r/r tradeoff at this level.

@PositiveTopline Thank you. I'm not an expert here, but wouldn't blockers only affect the 13D/G and not the 13F requirements? ADAR1 was an investor in $KZIA $50 million PIPE in December 2025 – shouldn't this be visible in March 31, 2026 13F, if they still hold it?

Alright guys. Not an expert or even an average enthusiast, I'm lazy which is a huge issue for the actual deep work required before you truly understand a subject. With that said, seekingfreealpha, does anyone have an opinion on $KZIA? I've been following the co since 2020 or so
