@EoinLenihan Was he not convicted of the rape of E.Jean Carroll in court or did he just pay her $5.6 million because “she wasn’t his type”? Surely the rule of law applies to him as much as anyone else.

I got a DM from a friend in the US who said 'this matches my experience'.
It makes me very sad that Ireland is becoming a place where American tourists - hands down the best tourists in terms of manners, energy, genuine love of Ireland, and net spend - are being accosted & harassed while on holiday.
All the more pathetic when the pumped-up sense of self and moral superiority comes off the back of a couple of decades of 'wealth' brought by American multinational investment in Ireland. It's a greasy people who'll take their dollars then spit in their eye.
Shades of Grimm's Fisherman and His Wife - but I am sure there is a more fitting morality tale out there.

Every interaction I’ve had with retirement-aged Irish people has somehow resulted in them offering me their unsolicited political opinions about my country, and every single time it’s a level of shitlibery that rivals even the most ideologically indoctrinated resist lib Americans. You can just tell these people watch TV all day long and wait for someone else to tell them what to believe, at which point they accept it without question.

Where was he all season? Granted at the start he was coming back after a long injury but he put in a lot of abject performances throughout the season. Might be a bit harsh but almost feels like he's was saving himself for Argentina, to be in good condition for the world cup.

@Roadman_Podcast Give proper cycling lanes. I live 15kms from Killarney and would love to cycle to commute. I work in hospitality so cycling at 11pm at night even lit up like a Christmas tree I wouldn’t feel safe. I’m not an inexperienced cyclist I do about 4-5k a year.
