@LocalBtnMasher On the flipside it's great that you can throw on super costumes in DMC3 and still die in like 3 hits. Of my top 5 CAGs that I'm currently playing on the highest difficulties it does top out as the tightest designed, depending on my feeling in the moment it dethrones God Hand too.

Go ahead and set that resource/meter to infinite. Does the game still have an engaging dynamic? Or does it become unbalanced? If the answer is the latter, turn back, you are sinning and probably making a bad action game

@Adene_Z @PublicServant40 @HECU_snowfox Nah, it was a dedicated team of modelers, animators, artists, testers, and writers led by Masterz. Several members spun off at various points for various reasons and others are still working with him today.

@JynMarus @ZanderDSOW @CactusFuturist @messmerflame148 @JohanzelV I'm not, I'm pretty happy with how it looks and plays from what I've seen, but I think trying to find excuses to shut down critique that can positively inform the meaningful gameplay elements and direction for the future of the series by influencers close to the studio is lame.

@DestinedHex @bentoDRAWS I cant reply to alex atm but thats also my view, Halo itself has a long history of people saying that legendary is under/overtuned in a variety of ways that bottleneck routing and weapon choices and its also a very valid complaint.

@CorellianAlex @Pounding_Qs @bentoDRAWS Not too relevant to the Halo discussion, and I know I'm being pedantic. But a difficulty option can be too hard if the devs didn't scale it properly. The difficulty spike between Normal and Hard in some games, especially older titles; was ABSURD.

@RoytaMustDie In 5 and Infinite its used as the delivery mechanism for sliding, which has borderline quake strafejump tech if you know it. in Reach and 4 its pretty significantly faster.

@JynMarus @CactusFuturist @messmerflame148 @JohanzelV Enemy vehicles become easier to dodge and board with less risk, Hunters become easier to encircle, melee focused enemies are easier to get away from even in tight spaces. Most shooters design enemy aim to have limits to their aim tracking capabilities, sprint widens that limit.

@ZanderDSOW @CactusFuturist @messmerflame148 @JohanzelV ADS and sprint are not the same thing lol. ADS gives you an obvious advantage against someone that isn't ADS. Sprinting in Halo Infinite and now Campaign Evolved does not give you an advantage against anything. You just move a bit faster.

@bentoDRAWS I'm a Sprint Ruins Halo guy but it genuinely does not apply to the campaign. It's a multiplayer mechanic only applicable to the sizing up of maps and the removal of the ability to shoot at all times that a classic arcade shooter is known for.

@CorellianAlex @bentoDRAWS True it's an option, but what's wrong with choosing to experience the game using what the developers envision the default experience to be? Especially when its for showcase and review purposes, some bloke showing off something he doesn't like that is there no matter what is fine.

@GamingButCursed Maybe I'm biased cause Infinite is my favorite elite design to date (as well as most of the covies) but I dont mind it, wouldve loved something more CE for the marines for sure though.

@LocalBtnMasher @FinalMasonry Why we assuming anything anyway?I believe in the tweet (now deleted) you stated you allowed 3 credits per run, how many runs per hour? Anyway the metric we DO have is 23 hours for a flawless 20 minute game, and to you that's indicative of fair design.
