@PowerHRG bought windows from you in 2013. By 2019 there were defects w/discoloring between the glass from broken seals. You replaced them in 2019. Seals have broken again and now you want to charge $180 per sash to replace the defective product I already paid for. Unacceptable.

We recently went with @PowerHRG for some windows and trim that badly needed replacing on our home. Not only did they do a poor job installing the windows--leaving actual gaps in the interior trim--but they refuse to come back to fix the issues until it has been *3 months since the install.* Anyway, I'd just make sure you know what you're getting into before you go with them.

Repeat customers of products installed by @PowerHRG which included windows in 2018 with lifetime warranty. The windows now have defects but the company refuses to honor the warranty saying their original vendor is no longer with them. Hoping @CoreySchiller can help.

Actually, if you can tell me the name of the contractor who installed the doors, I can deal with them directly throught the Az. R.O.C. I also need for my tax filing the itemized cost of each window and each door. I don't know why they want that information, but there is a form that asks for it, And the government usually wants their forms completed.

Apparently they are really good at employee relations, but not so much at customer relations. I got a survey request for this company, and here are my answers:

Every time they send someone out, it’s either the wrong size, poor quality, or just doesn’t solve the problem. The door still makes noise, and at this point, I feel completely ignored and disrespected as a customer. This has been an exhausting and frustrating experience. The constant delays, repeated mistakes, and lack of accountability are absolutely unacceptable. Power Home Remodel is, hands down, the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Buyer beware: Do not trust them with your home. They overpromise, underdeliver, and take no responsibility for fixing their mistakes. I would never recommend them to anyone.
