I’m coordinating from the USA at 3 AM, and was finally told there’s “no assurance” the order will be delivered, despite my friend flying out TODAY. This is unacceptable for a such a premium brand. Fix this NOW and deliver the order today.

@MyIndianBank @RBI Its so sorry and to see my orphaned wife and sis-in-law harassed by @MyIndianBank official at Margao, Goa branch mgr for deceased settlement after their father passing away. Even sent grievance to Zonal Office, no response.

@MyIndianBank @RBI After 6 attempts i was able to submit the complaint number no 10271736. Also the details field on form only give 200 characters which is not enough to even explain. Looking forward see action from the Indian bank. @RBI team, also send the detail to your team, no response.
