RU is a topical anti androgen that does NOT block 5ar. So dht and its downstream metabolites aren’t affected, but neither is your hairline.
RU works as a stand alone intervention for preventing additional hair-loss, but works even better with something that aids regrowth, like minoxidil and or ghk/ahk (topical follagen works better than the injectable ghk/ahk in my experience)

If you're going to add starches to your diet, potatoes are it. Boil them, skin on, fridge for 12h+. Fry next day, coconut oil only. 320g potato (nice sized potato, what's pictured): - only 270 cal - 5g protein - 58g carb - 60mg magnesium - over a gram of potassium They're tremendously delicious, satiating and incredibly nutrient rich that it's hard for me to understand why someone would pick rice over them. Greatest food for lunch (bonus if the cocoil) and it's not even close.

it's weird, for men gaining and losing fat is just seen as a biological process down to some numerical calculation of calories along with deeper subtleties playing a minor role such as glucose control and nutrient partitioning meanwhile for women it's seen as some sort of supernatural external cosmic force enforcing this state of existence on them like some sort of psych thriller body horror movie plot in which they have zero control in any way whatsoever over the outcome and must simply accept their fate and you can not say anything about it to them

* The long head and the brachialis, to be precise: If I wanted to gain arm size as fast as possible, I’d focus on the long head of the triceps and the brachialis. The triceps are most of the arm, and the long head is the biggest part of it. It crosses the shoulder, so putting the arm overhead places it in a stretched position. Cable overhead triceps extensions or cable incline skull crushers with the arms slightly back load it properly through the full range. The brachialis sits under the biceps and adds thickness and width. When it grows, it pushes the biceps outward and increases overall arm size. It does not depend on supination, so reducing supination shifts more work to it. Cable rope hammer curls or cable reverse curls keep constant tension and make it easier to control the movement.

it is simultaneously true that women care a lot about face/height/frame/physique/status while also true that a drop-dead smoking hot 10/10 is out there somewhere who would take one look at you, no matter who you are, and be head over heels for you for some strange reason
