Carlos Baleba might be the first deal we complete this summer. Terms verbally agreed since last summer, and the player’s willingness to join is really encouraging. He won’t be going to the World Cup either, which simplifies things. This deal looks straightforward if Brighton cooperate. Baleba is still a top-quality midfielder don't let his form this season fool you.
