Huge lawsuit on this one. This Detroit cop got into a verbal argument with the guy filming by the name of Michaele Jackson. The verbal argument escalated as the officer followed Jackson into the gas station. The officer pepper sprayed him in the eyes before slamming him to the ground. The officer then lied saying he tried to swing on him. He would have gotten away with all of it if it was not on film.

I think one of the more surprising things about this Treliving era was how predictable this all was. He was a terrible GM in Calgary and ran whatever was left of this team’s competitive window straight into the ground. He has left an aging / injury-prone roster in his wake.

🚨Beijing responds sharply to Abu Dhabi during the Crown Prince’s visit to China, after Emirati efforts to strengthen economic cooperation in exchange for Beijing being asked to cut ties with Iran and dismantle its partnership with it. The Chinese response was decisive: “We decide our own partners ourselves…” Beijing stressed that its relations with the UAE cannot include any interference in its policy or in its relations with Iran.

Keith Pelley on trade deadline day - Pelley was in the Leafs war room - Wasn’t there the year before with Shanahan in charge - Had notes that staff believe were AI generated - Pelley said he was there as an observer but this is NOT true - He questioned scouts, demanded more in trades, gave his opinions/ideas - Team source says fans would be surprised with how involved he was #LeafsForever | @Ozoon_CA

@LeafsUpdates21 What are you smoking? Play the kids. He's 32 and wants the contract to set up his family for life. What's his career high in goals, assists and points? How old was he when he did that? I want Leafs to stop taking risks on old players & give our prospects a real chance FFS

I'd welcome back Scott Laughton in an instant if it meant he gets to play a proper 3rd line role on this team. He seems like he was very well liked in the locker room and wants to be a Leaf. Lots of important attributes in his game.
