@SamsungIndia Hi, I have recently raised a complaint regarding my refrigerator showing Error code C 81 then the technician came and replaced the PCB and charged 5k+ and said that after 2 hours cooling will work and went away but 5 days past still the refrigerator not cooling.

Just confirmed with my parents,they received a call from the local electric office and told me that it will be resolved in March like that. My parents are using only one led bulb and bill generated of 72000+ There is no value of honest people.
