(1) I always liked "Freefallin'" by Tom Petty but I'd never listened to it properly. This morning I was in a taxi, stuck in traffic, when it came on the radio, its chimy guitar riff like a cross between the Byrds in its brightness and The Velvet Underground in its repetition

@AITA_online might get some flack here but ESH. i have a dietary issue, so I need to know exactly what's in a meal, so substitutions and playing around with ingredients is dangerous, but also playing around with recipes slightly once you're used to making them is the essence of home cooking
