@IndiGo6E On 6 Dec, I used your app for a booking & after making payment, didn't receive confirmation. I waited for a day and on 7 Dec made a call to your customer care and spoke with the executive who said call needs to be redirected to payment team which was then unavailable

The executive promised call back from payment team which never happened. So i called again & spoke with another executive & explained him my concern all over again. Got the same response that payment team is unavailable & he too promised a call back in 30 mins which i never got
