@waDNR @PrepareNW @waDNR_fire I have an idea...stop calling human-caused fires wildfires. Call them negligence or criminal. Wildfire gives a sense of inevitability...a vast majority of fires are preventable. "Crimefire" would send a different message.

Where is the Smokey Bear license plate, @waDNR @waDNR_fire? Maybe this is one acceptable place to light a fire under someone (figuratively, of course).

If this was Los Angeles we would have 24/7 coverage. Why is this not being covered by main stream media. They loved taking about indigenous peoples day but our native brothers and sisters suffer while the media is silent. These events need coverage to help drive donations to help them.
