@MauricioHr_ It's litigation strategy, it's easier to legally get relief for plaintiffs. @RedEagleLaw is planning a class action lawsuit to be submitted by the end of the month, that if successful, would overturn the whole policy. Currently Dorcas vs. USCIS lawsuit looks for broad relief too

It took me 17 years and an alphabet soup of visas to become a U.S. citizen. And in Congress, I’ll continue working to protect and expand legal pathways to citizenship, including for TPS holders.
