The most concentrated source of usable vitamin A on Earth is beef liver. 1 oz of beef liver gives you more vitamin A than a week of eating spinach. And it's real retinol, not beta-carotene that your body has to convert (which most women do poorly). If you're pregnant, TTC, or dealing with skin/eye/immune issues, try adding beef liver 1x a week.

I've been very social lately, which is exhilarating since I am uncovering the social effects of electrical charge.
