You need a hypertrophic stimulus - which is achieved most efficiently within a 6-10 rep range of heavy weight, for several sets - you need real failure.

Well first off you’re wrong on the assumption that God “created” evil in the first place. God is “good, love, light” etc. Evil is the absence or opposite of those things. As an atheist I’m sure you can grasp the concept of universal laws like yin and yang. Opposing forces exist throughout everything and that’s how God made the universe.

We do the same, only we pray for the intercession of saints (a saint is merely someone who is IN heaven, who said Yes to God). At the end of the day, we DONT have to. We love Christ so much we choose to.
