This is poor customer service in general and not what I’d expect from a reputable national carrier. I am also a one world frequent flyer (silver) and did not feel any benefit or value in this. Will think twice before flying with @British_Airways again.

Was told 3 times at the gate to make a decision right now as to whether flying or not, very rudely I might add. No consideration and alternative options given only told that I could receive a refund. I have emailed almost 2 weeks ago and no reply!

@British_Airways recently took the BA005 flight to Haneda, Tokyo. Apparently these days airlines oversell flights? Downgraded from premium economy and separated from my wife on our long awaited yearly trip. Continued….

Patellofemoral injuries in the young athlete! Commonly seen and a big problem if not dealt with appropriately! MDT approach, when to intervene with surgery and at what threshold. Thought provoking and one that I’ve experienced already! @footballmed #isoK23
