The consensus big board arguments happening right now are pretty interesting to me. I study fantasy football and focus on those positions, but I've tracked NFL Mock Draft Database's pre-draft big board value versus actual draft pick dating back to 2016. These are the 25 biggest reaches at WR and RB during that time according to Chase Stuart's draft pick value chart. There are going to be plenty of ways to measure something like this, but this is at least one of those ways to give us a thoughtful process. I am adding zero commentary here: just providing data that some may find interesting as a value add to the discussion.

@stevenstrogatz the mistake is thinking the word "drop" has a well-defined mathematical meaning: would be perfectly legitimate for a "600% drop" to mean the "inverse of a 600% rise"

As a math teacher, I always try to understand what is confusing to a student. Here, the confusion is about two numbers (100 and 600) that differ by a factor of 6. That concept is being conflated with a 600% rise or drop.

Isn’t the Pope supposed to be catholic? I don’t know any true Catholics who support gay marriage, gender reassignment surgery, abortion and are of the Woke mind virus.
