We’re trying to make composting recycling and waste management work formally. Govt could reduce GST on collection services, 18% is too high for an essential service. This will push everyone to avoid taxes and dump waste. It’s cheaper @GST_Council @SwachhBharatGov @MoHUA_India

We launched the #GreenSchoolProgram a year ago to foster eco-friendly environments in five #PCMC government schools: Dnyandeep Vidyalaya, Kisanrao Bhalekar School, Raja Shiv Chhatrapati Vidyalaya, Shreemati Sheshabai Devrao Ganage Prashala (Krishna Nagar), and Shreemati Sheshabai Devrao Ganage Prashala (Triveni Nagar). With a focus on immersive and participative ecological education, we aimed to cultivate a love for the planet and inspire eco-advocacy among young minds. A year of nurturing conscious attitudes has borne fruit! From excelling in gardening, recycling, and composting to inspiring family and friends to adopt sustainable practices, the students have emerged as true ambassadors for the planet.
