@ProctorUSupport @offseasonk I submitted a refund request (#7020261) on July 9 after I couldn’t access my final exam (MNGT 4781) despite payment and confirmation. It’s been over 15 days with no solution, and this is affecting my graduation I have already provided the email confirmation and payment receipt.

ProctorU is the dumbest shit I’ve ever had to use for an exam this shit literally doesn’t load at all and made me miss it. I honestly hope my professor and whoever created proctorU DIES 😭😭😭😭 deadass can smd

@ProctorUSupport for 2 days now I have been trying to take the HESI A2 exam. I have spent a total of 10 hours off and on with your support staff. They do not help. They just transferred me around then tell me to call my institution. I have called both ProctorU, elsevier, and 1/2

disconnected me after 30 mins of a 2 hour exam, wouldnt let me back in, have labelled my exam as complete when id done 25/62 questions, zero help, blamed me for everything, support messengers ending the chats… all this to get a fucking teachers number

I’ve had soooo many issues with this damn @ProctorUSupport test that I’d rather just fail the course. It’s now DAY 2 and I now had to pay for the test I CANT EVEN TAKE BECAUSE THE SYSTEM KEEPS CRASHING.

@ProctorUSupport i have been trying for days to take a test. This is just awful. You can never connect to servers. I've tried several laptops, desktops, removed all firewalls, diffrent wi-fi, diffrent connections. Just awful.

@pearson , @ProctorUSupport my girlfriend scheduled and paid for her online proctored trigonometry test today, but the session password was incorrect. Spent 2 hours on a call with support. @ProctorUSupport WTAF happened to you people. You used to be on time now I wait over 11 minutes on my appt. You have NEVER provided consistent instruction on device storage location or other anti-cheating protections. Sometimes directly conflicting guidance. It’s AWFUL.

@ProctorUSupport is such a garbage monopoly. It took 2 hours after my start time before they would administer my exam last week. Absolutely unprofessional. There needs to be a better resource than this one. #FkOutsourcing

FUCK @ProctorUSupport your technicians and rules suck. I had no gas to get to a testing center nor did I have any closed rooms with a desk to take a test in. Your technicians are always rude anyway I wish the worst on everyone involved in that shitty company.
