@wb__xx@Versace Entered complaint against Versace at local NY BBB. It has been 3 weeks without response; I’m in line with over 30 other people. Getting money back with CC is the best option - they’ve not responded to a chargeback either. @Versace makes a mockery of customer service

@walmarthelp Walmart+ customer here who is getting June 29th delivery on groceries I’ve always ordered with fast delivery. What happened to the delivery options? Also, milk now is only available in-store purchase. Where is the + here?! Only minuses
@pepboysauto Already sent an email several days ago. Never received an answer. Why bother with another one? Even social media customer service has no authority or ability to effect change. Pitiful.

@pepboysauto Phone number via Twitter? That works just fine - privacy is certainly not your forte. Separately, it’s a nationwide problem - your website, your email, and your 800 number! There is no hope for pep boys
