@TheStoneRosesFP Some great songs on the album but this standalone single is probably their best. Have a search on YouTube for Chris Helme doing a solo acoustic version of it. Such a good voice.

The Seahorses or He Hates Roses as some might say, was John Squire’s musical outlet after leaving the Stone Roses. Some love em’, some don’t, this track however is a cracker. Enjoy!

Neighbour allows his dog to shit on my drive and doesn't clear it up. His beautiful new BMW is having issues. Can't wait for the mechanics to figure out its because his exhaust is slowly being filled with said shit.

@TheStoneRosesFP IB signed my Roses album in TJs Newport on a solo promo tour. Was only after that I realised I’d given him a dryboard marker and it could easily rub off. Ran all the way home to get it covered in sticky back plastic - which fortunately was in good supply as wife was a teacher! 😁

@silverfoxdude @memorialdevice Terrified me as a teenager - any nuclear war fears we already had in the early/mid 80s were exacerbated as a result of reading it. Re-read it a couple of years ago and still frightening. Brilliant novel.

So many films and tv dramas show a lone person attending a funeral, but choosing to watch it surreptitiously from behind a nearby tree. I can't think of anything else so regularly depicted on screen which probably never happens in the real world?

Why don't cars have spare wheels any more? It should be illegal to sell cars without a spare and an MOT fail automatically if a car doesn't have one. Fucking tight fisted car manufacturers need to be regulated better.
