@McDonaldsUK Hi, your app will never let me pay. It's also slow.
Tried Amex, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay. Tried reinstalling, rebooting, checking permissions.
@Moorfields What do I do when your department fails to get back to someone, so this is reported to your PALS department, and they also don't come back to you over the space of months and several emails?
Do I now just raise this to the local ICB? If so, please advise who that is.
@SkyHelpTeam There is a NHS worker who cant work because you have stopped their internet for a week so far and its still not back.
Your support response to this is "this isnt a business line".
Well our response is we are looking into legal action as you have breached the contract
@SkyHelpTeam Its not a fault, you have stopped the line (although you are blaming BT). But its not the clients fault.
You also stopped their phone line 4+ months ago without telling them.
You said you would call back several days ago, you didnt.
You have breached contract on several points.
@ProductProtest Hi, sorry that you are having an issue with your broadband connection. Have you gone through our Help section: bit.ly/3BfmjLs
If so what did the line test advise? Thanks, Scott
@Ale_Rm967 Good afternoon, if it is help with AliExpress, then I can only advise contacting your credit card supplier/bank to get them to recover your monies.
AliExpress rarely side with the buyer over disputes anymore.
@Rayel2022@AskAliExpress@AliExpress_EN Contact your bank and raise a complaint with them to get the money back. Aliexpress dont care anymore and will always side with the seller.
Unfortunately most western banks will just swallow the cost and give you the money back out of their pocket (so Aliexpress is never hurt).
@AskAliExpress@AliExpress_EN I cant reach Aliexpress customer service on their website, my orders are pending and seller has disappeared. Now I feel my money is no longer safe with Aliexpress. I need help. I have been on this for months. I am on the fence of contacting my bank.
@AliExpress_EN I have used your platform for many years now, but there are so many scammers on it that I cant use it anymore. And you provide no protection for the buyer and instead protect the scammer!
AVOID!

@CocaCola Hello, I have been speaking with your customer services via email about faulty Coca-Cola cans that leaked, spread mold and destroyed furniture.
However I have not been able to get a response back from them for a couple of months.
Can you help please?
@wardsofkent Sending out text messages for houses for sale starting with the words "Urgent Notification" is a bit out of order.
Nothing you do is "urgent".
I thought it was something important like I had been in contact with someone with Covid or something.
@ProductProtest Hi, we're sorry to hear about your experience with the face masks you bought. We'll make sure to pass on your feedback to our buying department.
@Primark Hi, I don't think its right that you are selling these face masks (6713-080111) even for reduced price. You only find out why they are reduced once you buy it, wear it, and cant return it. They are so ridiculously oversized and considering most shoppers there are female!
@NatWest_Help Your online support through "Cora" is total garbage. It does not allow you to talk to an actual person unless you select a category (none of which apply). And when you want to complain it tells you to call you even though I have stated several times I cannot call!
@Hyundai_UK You do realise that most Hyundai owners are not the original purchaser? This would mean that the majority of your database is incorrect, so the form is still very much broken.
Most small companies have a more advanced form, I would expect more from a company the size of Hyundai.
@Hyundai_UK By the way, your contact form doesnt ask for a telephone number or an email address before sending. Which means you wont be able to contact anyone who uses this form.
