This is one of the most exciting graphs in our paper. It shows an increase in miscarriage with MALE age and isolating spermcomet with good DNA overcomes this issue. Good news for older couples having ICSI! Eshre#

I guess my own Q5: This graph demonstrates pICSI apparently compensating for the entire accepted ‘dogma’ female age effect - just by sperm selection. It therefore also challenges our understanding of how sperm may affect ability of oocyte to correct its own aneuploidy? #ESHREjc
