@JDGEFC @CharlieBarnicle If Jarrad was fit & available every week (I know dealing in what ifs) I think that would have been a clever move to give another extra boost Like Palace with say a Marc Guehi or Liverpool with Henderson

@JDGEFC @CharlieBarnicle It’s interesting how you use a captaincy isn’t it Listened to a pod other day with Rooney & Jags, he said he overlooked Jags/Curtis Davies for captaincy at Derby for Tom Lawrence because he thought it would get more out of him, and Jags/Davies didn’t need an armband to lead

You’re a kid coming through at Everton? Who better to know what it means to play for this football club than Seamus Coleman? Would be valuable asset.

Seamus Coleman 💙 Incredible servant to Everton football club, a leader & EFC have a lot to be thankful for with him even during last few years he hasn’t played as much as he’d like If kept on at coaching level will be a good personality to have, especially at youth level.

I think if you’re going to throw out a “the more I hear” about a 20yr old kid, in main stream media you either have to elaborate & handle it a touch better, or don’t say it in the first place

🗣️ “The big signing of the summer has just not worked out. Initially I thought he's not giving Dibling the opportunities a £40m player should be given. The more I hear, the more I understand why it hasn't worked out.” - @andydunnmirror

@ScoutTom_ interesting angle I think the wide areas I like George but not sure how it lands, think the whole Grealish for a year George takes over sounds ok on paper but something just bugs me about it not being right Said last summer but can’t help but feel it’s either Grealish OR Ndiaye

Grealish and George would probably concern me a bit from a cost efficiency perspective more than talent. I still feel Everton should be capable of finding one younger emerging profile and another player ready to step up into Premier League football at a far lower long term financial commitment to the club.

@alfie__03 Jarrad back for pre season I just think they’ve sort of made a rod for their own back The new Keane deal limits your choices I don’t see how a side not in Europe can carry 5 CBs when they only play 2 & don’t rotate JB might break down again, but what if he doesn’t haha

@Progression1878 Nahh man I’m not having Tarkowski start in August, never mind Keane being 3rd choice after a branthwaite injury

Mixed emotions on the talk of CB being a priority for the summer Keane & Tarks renewed JOB should move in to the middle Branthwaite the tricky one… I don’t have it down as desperate summer 2026 Play could be an u21 signing to offer emergency depth & replace Keane in 27/28.

I understand the talk of not trusting Branthwaite It’s one you could maybe risk & wait until we see how he gets on in pre season Lots of spinning played this summer

@Benjwinst I see + & - End of the day what matters is what Everton think & see as their approach Will it be a risk to keep Moyes? On pitch no but final year you’re second guessing recruitment a touch Will it be a risk to change? Probably, but could be short term hurt for long term gain

Not advocating anything EFC won 5 games since Jan 3rd, currently on no wins in 5 & conceded 2+ in their last 5 6 home wins out of 18, but great away Just more reflects patience pays off below He went that long without a win & still has same amount as us another angle?
its erdingers fault@danny1878c

Iraola didn’t win a game in 11 games.Won on 26th October and next win was 3rd January. If that happened at Everton we would want him out.Grass not always greener
