I'm officially shutting down Gaslite today. It's a very bittersweet thing to do but it's the best move for me right now. g8keep has consumed 110% of my bandwidth since starting it a few months ago. It doesn't feel right to continue running Gaslite if I can't give it my full attention. Moving forward, my one and only focus will be g8keep. I feel like what we're doing at g8keep has the opportunity to make a much larger impact on the ecosystem than Gaslite ever could. The last few months have been crazy. The inbounds at Gaslite never really slowed down, even though gas prices have been at an all time low. I can't be any more thankful that people trusted my brand and wanted to work with Gaslite even if it's to save fractions of pennies for their users. Gaslite was truly an underdog story. I made a Twitter, and just started tweeting about gas all the time. Posting tips and tricks, reviews of contracts, and more. Fast forward a few months and I started getting DMs if I would review other people's smart contracts. I did this for about 2 months and immediately realized there was something here. In 2 short months of Gas Optimization Audits I made nearly my entirely yearly salary that I was being paid as a lead protocol engineer. This was my driving force to quit my job and pursue my passion full time. For the last year and change i've had the opportunity to work with dozens and dozens of protocols, some of them being the largest and most reputable protocols in our industry. Gaslite pioneered the Gas Optimization Audit and took it mainstream to the point where our audit backlog was constantly full. My expectations were always surpassed day after day. I can't be any happier that I was able to drill the gas bad agenda into people's minds, and more importantly, have companies value the importance of lowering transaction costs for their users. gas bad

Somehow I respected this guy in the past, but it's become crystal clear from his disingenuous campaign that wholly ignores Lightning's privacy issues and makes up Monero privacy issues that he has some ulterior motive to benefit here. I spent 1.5h on a call with this guy where he got every aspect of this explained to him and he proceeded to ignore all of it and keep lying for internet clout.
