@HopePerfect_Dla There isn’t any difference really. My second car was a demo Audi A3 TDI with 17 000km and was only driven at the East Rand Audi garage. It looked as good as brand new—the only car I have ever fallen in love with. I miss it even today. 😢

Boredom. I don’t think it’s my job as parent to keep the 6.5 year old occupied and entertained all the time. She must learn to fill in the spaces herself, and she must also learn to sit with herself. I used to feel guilty about this because she’s an only child.

Adidas has never issued a statement that if you can’t run at 4:30/km don’t buy the shoe, social running has different meanings one of them is I do what makes me happy for my runs(I’ll buy a R2m shoe if I want to, I’ll walk on my race if I want too).
